Chatham Damaré Pittmann PLLC has roots dating back to 1932 when Gerald Weissinger Chatham, the father of Gerald W. Chatham, Sr. opened his law office in Hernando. The law firm has been at the same location since 1952, going through several expansions and remodels. The elder Mr. Chatham was District Attorney from 1941-1955 and was the prosecutor in the infamous Emmitt Till trial in 1955.
